We read every message. Expect a reply within a few business days. We are a small editorial team, not a 24-hour support desk.
Reporting a calculation error
This is the message we act on fastest. Include the calculator name, the selected mode, the values you entered, the result the page displayed, and the result you expected. If you worked the number by hand, send your arithmetic too — it usually points straight at the disagreement.
Correcting a guide
Send the page URL and quote the sentence you believe is wrong. If a manufacturer specification, standard, or regulation contradicts what we published, a link or document reference lets us verify it and correct the page quickly. Material corrections are dated on the affected page under our editorial policy.
What we cannot do
We can correct our tools and explain their assumptions. We cannot approve a cargo-securement plan, sign off on a roof repair, review a workplace procedure, certify a product, or provide a legal interpretation. Those decisions belong to the people who can inspect the actual load, structure, or site.
Please do not send
Do not email confidential customer records, shipment manifests, account credentials, or personal information about other people. We do not need them to answer a measurement question, and we would rather not receive them.
